Theory Of keto diet was founded by Dr.Russel Wilder in 1921
In keto Diet we limits the carbs and we increase the consumption of fats and proteins.Because of this our body breakdowns proteins and fats for making energy.This causes weight loss.
In the above image you can see i have followed keto diet in the above image their is a bowl of cereals(proteins)with desi ghee in it(fats).Now i will explain you by giving easiest example.For eg. A car is shifted from petrol to Compressed natural gas(CNG), Like this only we shift our body from carbs to protien and fats this is the theory of ketosis diet.

People suffering from diabities and taking insulin should not do keto diet.
